SAP opens labs in China, India

March 28th, 2006

Business software giant SAP has officially opened research and development centers in Shanghai, China, and Bangalore, India, bringing the total number of such labs worldwide to eight.

SAP Labs China in Shanghai will support current development of the German company’s enterprise management products and address local customers’ development requests. SAP has run a software center in the country for over seven years, but it worked mainly on localization for the Chinese market. More…
